Access the Haultrax MERSA
The Master Equipment Rental and Software-as-a-Service Agreement (MERSA) constitutes the complete and exclusive terms governing all equipment rental, software subscriptions, and support services provided by Haultrax.
By issuing a Purchase Order, accepting delivery of equipment or services, or making payment, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms of this MERSA.
This agreement expressly supersedes and excludes any conflicting or additional terms contained in Client purchase orders, vendor registration forms, payment terms, or any other Client-generated documents.
