Is this a CapEx project?
No. Haultrax FMS is delivered as an operational rental. There is no upfront hardware purchase and no long-term contract commitment. You rent the capability, we supply the hardware, software, hosting and support, and you pay per asset, per month.

Is significant IT infrastructure required on site?
No. The platform is fully cloud-hosted and does not require on-site servers or complex IT infrastructure, making it suitable for remote and distributed mining operations. Your current team can run it.

How does Haultrax FMS collect data?
Haultrax Fleet Management System uses a rugged, purpose built for mining plug-and-play hardware that automatically captures real-time machine data through a GPS tracker along with certain digital inputs to feed a robust cycle algorithm.

What applications are available with the Haultrax Fleet Management System?
The Haultrax Fleet Management System includes dedicated applications for operators, supervisors, dispatchers, and maintenance teams.
The Operator application runs on a tablet installed in the asset. In operations using dispatching, operators interact with the tablet to receive and manage work assignments. Where dispatching is not used, the tablet is not required; the hardware automatically captures real-time machine data.
The Supervisor, Dispatcher, and Maintenance applications are available via web and mobile devices, giving users access to the information and tools they need from the office or in the field.
Supervisors can also use the tablet directly in the pit, allowing them to spend more time in the field while monitoring operations and focusing on production targets.

How long does deployment take?
Deployment timelines depend on fleet size and site conditions, but the system is designed for rapid implementation.
Installation typically takes 3–4 hours per truck, with 2–3 trucks completed per day, depending on site access and scheduling.
We work closely with your team to optimise the rollout schedule and ensure maximum time efficiency, minimising disruption to operations.
