Collision Avoidance System Readiness Assessment
CAS Readiness Assessment
Get a complete, independent technical review of your Vehicle Interaction (VI) controls and CAS technology readiness to enhance safety, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Align with Key Industry Guidance Frameworks
Since 2015, Haultrax has independently assisted mining operations to align with the EMESRT Vehicle Interaction 9-Layer Model and the ICMM VI Maturity Framework.
Our Collision Avoidance Readiness Assessments provide clarity on where you stand – and a roadmap to where you need to be.
Our Approach
Our CAS Readiness Assessments are usually carried out by two CAS specialists over a two-week period, including one week on site.
Haultrax applies hands-on methodology for this review, combining system diagnostics, stakeholder engagement, and industry leading practice benchmarking. Our evaluation spans technology performance, usage effectiveness, and organisational alignment, creating a whole-of-site view of your readiness for the successful implementation of a Collision Avoidance System.
-

We conduct a detailed review of the Operational Technology (OT) environment to evaluate the site’s foundational systems, capabilities, and alignment with the operational requirements of a Collision Avoidance System (CAS).
-
4. VI Maturity Assessment
Based on on-site observations, Haultrax will assess your site’s current practices and maturity against the ICMM maturity matrix.
-
5. Findings & Recommendations
At the end of the assessment, we compile all insights into a clear, actionable format:
